Click the Candidates tab in the dock. Enter job title, required skills, and experience level. Attach resumes as .pdf, .docx, .zip, or a folder.
MyDA reads every resume and sends them through Groq LLaMA 3.3 — scoring on skill match, experience, education, and cultural fit. Real-time progress shown live during analysis.
When done, MyDA auto-generates and opens an Excel spreadsheet — candidates ranked by score, color-coded Gold 🥇 / Silver 🥈 / Bronze 🥉. Saved to your MyDA_Outputs folder.
